I was diagnosed with POTS last year and have been managing it pretty well. About three weeks ago my blood pressure was way too high so I had a med dose lowered. Last week I had severe blood pressure drops and ended up in the ER with fluids before being told I'm fine. I feel kinda hopeless right now
I know it feels hopeless when stuff like that happens but please remember that it does get better. Just focus on resting and taking care of the problem you’re facing right now. You’ll get your meds worked out eventually, but it just takes some time. And the ER will normally say that you’re fine, but it’s probably good to go and get fluids anyways. They normally help me get back on my feet.
