My therapist wanted me to look into eating disorders to prep for our next session so I could discuss my eating habits with her. I really have a hard time eating because I restrict my eating, and after looking into them, I found Orthorexia, I wouldn't say I obsess over organic foods, but i definitely do not eat anything processed (with the exception of the zero carb tortillas), i no loger shop the Isles in the grocery store, only dairy, deli, and produce (pretty much Keto but even then i still have a hard time eating and extremely restrict my kcal) I only eat once a day if at all, I don't even buy myself snacks. This has gone on for years. If I break, I go into a deeper depression than im already stuck in. Anyway, after a lot of research, I thought I would come here and see if I could find someone I could ask questions or if someone could give me some guidanceš¬.
