sometimes I feel like I'm somebody else but their more like me but completely different and I feel like there more of them, how do I know if I'm myself or not?

      have you considered doing research on median systems? median systems have alters that are similar to eachother ( and i believe are a specific trait of covert DID ). maybe keep a shared journal and leave it out in an easily visible spot, and check it every once in awhile to see if anyone wrote anything.
