Struggling with Mental Illness and Medication

I was diagnosed with BP 1, ADHD, PTSD, and GAD and went through psychosis over the summer. I am not doing well. There's so many things and symptoms that overlap and I don't know what to do. They never put me on anything for ADHD. I've been on Zoloft, Mirtazapine, and Lamictal with a bad reaction along with other meds where the symptoms weren't as bad but still hard to live with on a daily basis. I'm currently on Venlafaxine and Abilify. That works well for me but they are switching me from the Lamictal (100mg) to Lithium (300mg). I'm just so tired of trying to survive. Especially cause I feel like no one gives a crap about me so what's the point
