Is it basic short-term memory loss i.e. forgetting where something is or what someone said, or more long term, like forgetting what you did yesterday and such? I'm the latter, trying to find a neurologist for it. Either way you're not alone and you don't need to play it down, if it's abnormal for you then it's serious.
