I am so not liking being on hbp meds. I don't like any meds. Anyone else trying to get off their meds?

    I just started and hate it. I've made a lot of lifestyle changes but each added change takes time to adapt to and adding new changes too quickly can lead to failure. I started with lowering alcohol consumption. Getting more sleep and adding exercise. I have found some success with is but not enough to put my bp where I want it. I need to increase my exercise and possibly add meditation but slow and steady wins all races

    Absolutely! Cut out the sugar, grains and if you tolerate it, drink milk. The week I was totally sugar free my doctor was very happy with my BP. Hard to do but still trying.🤗
