I understand I use to stay depressed everyday nothing would make me happy and I mean nothing..... I had to find things that I know made me happy and take my life back don't get me wrong I still take depression medicine I now feel I got my life back Now I have to work on my anxiety

Iv tried taking medicine but all it really did was give me nightmares , thank you for commenting, I hope you get threw this too

mental health journeys are long, complicated, and hardly ever linear. whatever you do to keep chugging on in life, please take your time and be gentle with yourself. you're still human—no matter how much depression has itself wrapped around you—and you reaching out here is evidence of that. one step at a time, one day, one task, one moment. cheering for you from afar ♡
