Struggling with Depression and Medication

Struggling with everything, including meds. On LOA from work and in PHP at the psych hospital. I can't do anything but sleep. I have no energy or motivation. I'm so tired. But the last week or so I haven't been able to sleep well. Not sure if it's cuz I'm out of work so I'm not active or something else like RLS. My living situation is awful and contributes highly to my severe depression. I just don't know how to start. How to get going. Even when ppl tell me take one thing at a time, I still see the whole animal and get so overwhelmed so I crawl into bed and avoid everything and isolate. I just don't know what to do anymore. Hoping PHP can help sort out my meds and help with issues some. But in the meantime I'm still in this hell. 😭
