Something I am always told by my therapist to do and should do more often is positive affirmations… You could maybe try that daily and then specifically before you are going to do something anxiety producing, repeat a mantra to yourself, like “No one who has not walked in my shoes has the right to judge me” or “ I am doing the best I can in this moment and that is enough.” I need to take my own advice, but its true… it takes practice to make that voice in your head a more positive and encouraging one, even if at first it feels fake or inauthentic. It takes repetition and practice to believe it. All forms of communication are valid and it’s a shame most people don’t know that, but you have to live for yourself not to please people who are committed to misunderstanding you. Whether or not you talk or don’t talk, you are more than enough.
