totally new to this app, wanted to check it out! Has anyone had to deal with a sacral nerve stimulator (interstim micro) and ADHD at the same time? I've been struggling with remembering to keep it charged. Then wonder why I've been symptomatic again. Any tips to remember?
There's an app called my therapy! If you use your phone often it will remind you (then annoy you if you snooze) on your own set schedule. That way you can track your usage. Just remember only confirm AFTER you've used your SNS, otherwise you risk forgetting or thinking you already charged it.
