Struggling to Remember Small Tasks

It could be brain fog from POTS. Mine effects me with reading, talking and memory. Some days worse than others. But I would mention it to your doctor just to be safe, especially if it's burdening your daily life.

I have this issue, too! It has gotten so bad lately. I think mine gets worse when my physical symptoms are flaring. Stress plays a big role. I developed POTS almost 4 years ago, and I never had this issue before then. I do believe that it is related for sure.

It's probably brain fog. I had it before because of depression, but it seems worse now. I have my meds organized in a pill box, but I still miss doses sometimes. I even have an alarm for my dose. I'll turn the alarm off because I'm busy with something and then forget about my meds altogether.

brain fog will do that, and it can be caused by a million things. I saw you have long covid, I'd bet that's the source of the intensifying brain fog. my brain was soup when I had covid, it was horrible
