Gas 😭

Almost seizures, shaking so severely and trouble breathing.

Random shaking. Sometimes while completing my assignments my hand will begin to randomly tremor and I try to calm myself down.

Feeling like I can’t recognize myself or my own arms or legs and if it’s bad enough forget how to walk or use them properly for a minute.

Get lost while driving. Hiding when around too many people. Hyperventilating.
