this is what happened to me! I’m not getting through college the same way most people do and I felt so ashamed of that. It’s taken a LOT of therapy to move through. Do you think it’s more internalized? Or is there someone making you feel this way? I personally don’t know any techniques that help other than trying to find the cause and come to terms with it. I don’t know you but just by being on this app I know you’re not a failure! You took the step to be here, so to me that makes you a success!
