You can block them on everything, but if they constantly pursue you even though youve done that, you can report them to the police for harassment.

What do they say when they contact you? How come they are ex friends? If you don't want them to talk to you anymore maybe you can work on just ignoring them. Or like your other commenter said, block them from all ways you can and if they continue call the police

I do special Olympics bowling. They came up to me and started talking to me. My ex’s wife makes me nervous she doesn’t know when to stop talking and I have a year and a half full of her drama on me.
