Over indulging in Starbucks Doubleshots. For some reason, it's the only energy drink that both works and doesn't give me side effects. I combine that with a protein shake and that's pretty much what keeps me going

When I am able to get meds I get them. 30 days on the dot (I forget some days to take my meds) this has led me to have some when the pharmacy doesn't

@possumgal I’ve been without for two weeks and no end in sight

I take natural stimulants, so I don’t need to be reliant on stimulant meds

@Jelly_JellyFish Interesting. Do you mean types of food/drinks or is there a natural supplement type thing?

@queef Matcha powder or green tea. I drink about the equivalent of 3 servings every morning, it’s better than coffee because it doesn’t have the jittery side effects coffee has. So in other words, a lot of caffeine every day in the form of Green tea. They have green tea pills, but it has too much caffeine in them and will make me fall asleep

@Jelly_JellyFish what kind and how expensive are they?

@Mickey1210 it varies, it doesn’t have to be very expensive but it depends on your tastes. I just consume about the equivalent to 3 servings of matcha powder every day. If you don’t like tea you can bake the powder in things like mug cakes. Green tea also works for me but I find I have to drink a lot of it. They have green tea pills, but it’s a lot of caffeine in them sand they make me fall asleep. Basically up your caffeine because most people with ADHD will get tired, their symptoms are reduced and sometimes even fall asleep on caffeine.

@Mickey1210 coffee gives some people jitters, so that’s why I drink tea because tea doesn’t do that

I've been parceling out vyvanse and only taking when I really need it until I can get my Adderall again. It's terrible.

My doctor warned me about it I just got me refill for my second month. My doctor said I would have to probably call around so he just gave me a paper prescription to take with me. I had to call so many pharmicies to get it the second time though. I was lucky with the first time and the first place I called l had exactly 30 left, I have never weaved in and out traffic as much as I did that day. Yesterday for my refill I had to drive 45 minutes each way but it was worth it. I have Adderall but you could try asking your doctor if there are others that will work but not as in high of demand.
