Staying Motivated in Online Grad School: Tips Needed!

For online students esp grad school students, how do you stay motivated to stay on top of your assignments? My professor doesn't take points off for lateness but the class is almost halfway over and I barely have anything turned in. I have one essay started but I just have no idea what to write next and feel paralyzed by it. On top of that I work full-time in fast food and I'm always exhausted. Thinking of transferring to another university near me so I can at least interact with real people and have more of a sense of routine and social stimulation.
