Starting Over: Moving into a New Place After Fire Damage

I moved in to a new place may after my apartment burned down and I stayed with my family for a bit. now housing has set me up at this place and I start paying 30% of the rent next month, I used to be under the housing program from my mental health provider but city housing authority processed me and made my voucher then an inspection happened since I wanted to stay at that place my provider got me then I got approved and I signed the new lease, now i just gotta get furniture and appliances month by month. luckily there's connections for a washing machine, no dryer. but there's a laundromat nearby and lines outside to hang dry, i really need a chair sitting on the bed moves the sheets and liner off and it bothers me the liner doesn't stay on
