I have been tearing my skin off my hands and feet for so many years that I don’t know if they will ever look normal even if I did manage to stop. I can’t stop picking even when my hands are too raw to shower or when my feet hurt so much that I can’t walk without limping. My trash can is filled with the skin I rip off.
