Anyone ‘recovered’ from a serious case of SIBO, yet still feel like there are longer term issues arising from any potential damage done or internal sensitivities? I am no longer SIBO positive, food is relatively back to normal yet occasionally I will get sharper pain in specific areas my doctor (even did a cat scan) cannot diagnose. I am wondering if others have had similar complaints.
