Hi guys. It’s my first time here. I just want to say hi before doing anything else 💕 I want to ask about shoulder pain. I was in a car accident last year, impact was from behind so my pain is in my upper back near my left shoulder. It hurts a lot. I have an appointment to go to the doctor but I’m still waiting. Is there anything that you recommend me to do? I’m trying with some stretching but it hurts and I don’t want to do something wrong :’(
