I have been experiencing a sharp pain behind my left knee whenever I bend it or straighten it all the way. this has been going on for a bit over a week, and it's been getting worse. I'm starting to limp. I've dealt with this pain in the past but not as severe and not for as a prolonged period. I don't have any lumps there, so I'm pretty sure it's not a bakers cyst. any ideas on what it could be/how to treat it?
