Severe Stomach Pain and Constipation: Help!

Does anyone else get like severe stomach pain and the need to have diarrhea only to be stuck constipated? And like, does it make you nauseous too?? And once all that starts you over heat and everything is just ok much? If so, what helps?? I’ve been stuck like this all day and it’s just, a lot right now.

Almost every week I feel this way! I wish I had better advice to give you but I always just have to do a ton of laxatives. Im sorry and I hope you feel better soon. The nausea and pain is terrible!

Literally daily omg, I feel so horrible and I have so much cramping and it feels like I'm gonna violently expel contents from both ends but nothing happens. I usually take Miralax and try to wait it out.

See I have ibs but I don’t know what kind. I’m on hyoscyamine but I get super backed up and now my doctor has me take a capful of Miralax a day and adjust as needed. I sometime have nausea but it goes away with time and ginger ale
