I'm struggling a lot with self-doubt. I can't help but feel like I'm faking everything. And it doesn't help that the people in my life aren't supportive. Our therapist is really the only person who validates and recognizes us, but we just don't see them enough. I'm feeling stuck and hopeless.

Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)

Imposter syndrome is a very real thing and is going to be a real bitch to deal with. It doesn't ever really go away but the way you cope with it can change to help make things better. Even just simple things like reminding yourself you're valid. I'm sorry to hear that the people in your life aren't supportive of you. I'd really recommend joining a DID discord server, or another safe space with others that have DID to help combat those negative outlooks you get in your personal life. Or even YouTube creators can be great sources of hope. Multiplicity & Me as well as the Infinity System on YouTube are two really good ones. If you ever need someone to talk to though feel free to DM me. I can be busy at times but I'll always try to reply within 24 hours ❤️
