Hello I'm new, I've been looking for a community whom can relate to me on a somatic, and mental health level. I live in America, where you essentially have to 'pay to live'. I struggle to balance work, life and finances and I would love to know what are 'Key' self care methods or advice some of you may have that support you and external responsibilities. I understand everyone lives different lives, and within different financial lifestyles.
