Heating blanket sometimes helps, resting and if possible distractions. Asking for help from a higher power has helped me get this far and trying to take my meds on time and being as 'healthy' as I can be...

I have tried all that but I don't believe in a higher power but thanks for the advise.

Most of the time my higher power are the voices in my head telling to keep going, I am loved, wanted and needed... I just hope whatever happens after this life, if anything, it won't be so painful
