Anyone have recurring endometriosis after hysterectomy?
Also, no one believes I’m autistic and it’s frustrating AF.

Yes and no one believes how painful it still is and all the scar tissue issues they say I should be grateful I don't have adenomyosis anymore 🤦🏼‍♀️

ugh that sucks so much when people are dismissive. I was great for like two years after my surgery, but my pms symptoms keep coming back and increasing but I feel like no one can/will help. Have you had any success with an endo doctor?

No. I get the same old go on birth control pill to manage it but I refuse that because I feel worse on it. I have found some relief with working with a pelvic floor physical therapist but with POTS is have so many set backs that its a bit disheartening. But I would definitely recommend seeing a pelvic floor pt!

yes! I hate the “just take birth control” sentiment. It is always a terrible experience. And I actually did see a PT earlier this year which helped with cramping. I didn’t keep up with it on my own. I should do that. Good suggestion!

See an excision surgeon. They operate on post hysterectomy patients all the time.
