ugh that sucks so much when people are dismissive. I was great for like two years after my surgery, but my pms symptoms keep coming back and increasing but I feel like no one can/will help. Have you had any success with an endo doctor?
No. I get the same old go on birth control pill to manage it but I refuse that because I feel worse on it. I have found some relief with working with a pelvic floor physical therapist but with POTS is have so many set backs that its a bit disheartening. But I would definitely recommend seeing a pelvic floor pt!
yes! I hate the “just take birth control” sentiment. It is always a terrible experience. And I actually did see a PT earlier this year which helped with cramping. I didn’t keep up with it on my own. I should do that. Good suggestion!

Anyone have recurring endometriosis after hysterectomy?
Also, no one believes I’m autistic and it’s frustrating AF.
