    I've been able to run a lot more, it still give me my normal symptoms but I'm not fainting at any kind if up right movement so yeah

    I've been able to cook dinner for my partner and I on the weekends when he is home!

    I got forearm crutches! Which while my heart rate still rockets up, I can stand and walk around without my symptoms feeling like too much. I usually have to sit and use my wheelchair, so I’m excited for more mobility
