      Yes, more times than I can count. I am blessed that my husband knows how to help me through when I am triggered or have a panic attack. He has tried to find a trigger, but thus far nothing follows a pattern. I'm so sorry that you are facing this. Please know you are never alone.

        @Froggyprincess thank you. I wasn't sure if other people randomly had them without an obvious trigger. They are easy to handle when it is obvious, but the random ones make life harder to deal with.
