Should I just relax and ignore it? I have dysautonomia and I know it is the cause of my blood pooling in my legs but often I notice it’s sometimes just in my knees. Like today my knees were purple and it goes white when I press on it. I went to the gym (which requires a lot of rest and prep to do without throwing up or passing out lol) and even with the exercise they were still purple when in theory my circulation should be even better. My legs are often also cold after/during exercise or just in general. Should I ignore it? There’s not a lot online about purple knees besides peripheral artery disease.
