Psychotic Symptoms Before Gluten Attack

does anyone else have strange psychotic systems just before a gluten attack? sometimes I'll become very paranoid or feel/hear/see things that aren't there like whole people from the corner of my eye or bugs crawling on my skin. i've looked this up and apparently there's a correlation of people with celiac and mood disorders/psychotic disorders, but i don't really see anything about only having symptoms after having gluten. it's quite interesting to me, so i'm curious if anyone else has these issues
