Prozac: Help or Hindrance?

Zoloft is more mild that Prozac and it works really well for my panic disorder symptoms, BUT everyone is different and I hope you have a good doctor/psychiatrist to consult with on this

Medications work differently on different people. For me, prozac worked beautifully for years until it stopped being the right med and my anxiety came back. Some people it makes them feel kind of disassociative. Talk to your doctor and see about switching to something that doesn't make you feel so rough.
