      Well the biggest one, getting lightheaded/fainting when you stand up. You'll also notice your heart rate increases when you stand up from sitting or laying down. POTS affects your whole body. Everyone's symptoms are so different it's kinda crazy. pots episodes can come on as fainting, being freezing cold and unable to warm up etc. Are you feeling pots like symptoms? I'm obviously not a medical professional but I've been dealing with POTS all my life. Feel free to message me!

        @Bellea606 Yeah, I have. My biggest symptom is that when I stand up my heart rate goes from 85 to 161. In just a minute. And I have body temp problems and all that jazz.

      oh yeah. That could definitely be pots. Are you seeing a cardiologist or anything?

        @Bellea606 I don’t have a cardiologist. They put a heart monitor on me a year ago and saw nothing, but my apple watch kept detecting my heart rate jump every time I stood up or went up stairs.
