hi alikes! I'm a 35 yo female with pcos. I recently noticed I have all the symptoms of hypothyroidism (except puffy face and eyes) but my bloodwork comes back normal. I had an ultrasound on my thyroid due to difficulty swallowing and it showed a mild simple goiter on my left side. my doctor mentioned anti-serum hypothyroid. Biggest symptoms for me are fatigue, sleeplessness, anxiety, constipation, and muscle fatigue. Has anyone been diagnosed with this who might share their experience?
