Struggling with PCOS and Fertility Worries

I was diagnosed with PCOS in March and started the birth control pill but switched to an IUD because I did not like how the pill made me feel. I have had no bleeding or cramping since getting my IUD a month ago which is a blessing. I get a lot of anxiety about being able to get pregnant one day because my FSH levels were <0.3 so I don’t ovulate, my doctor actually told me she’s never seen that hormone so low before.
