      My doctor said if you have PCOS you should not eat gluten at all best diet for it is the Mediterranean diet. Which I am currently doing.

        @Lynne84 I hate that anyone has to go through this kind of pain. It was so bad once I couldn't walk because my back, stomach and thighs hurt

          @Cbugg you I had the once I had to go to the er to stop the pain. I just glad I don't have to go through that anymore

      My mom's (ex) fiance was like that toward me, even when I was in the kitchen floor on the ground crying. My mom luckily took me seriously. Wasn't diagnosed until years later though. At the time we just thought I just had bad cramps.

        @agrevated I've made a lot of changes already including cutting out white breads and regular pastas and instead using whole grains and gluten free. I'll definitely look into the Mediterranean diet, thank you!
