I have three small children who are extremely demanding, a job where people hate me if I ask them to follow the rules, and am highly sensitive to the excess negativity. I try to be genuine and positive but I have nothing left in me… and I cannot quit. I feel like I’m having an internal mid life crisis everyday in my heart. I just want to be alone in my room and forget about everything. Everyday is so hard. I’m so emotionally frail and defeated. Why do these people hurt my heart so much and I can’t shake it. Why can’t I be okay with myself… why is it so hard.. Just want some peace and consistency- any tips?

Try self love, meditation, affirmation, reading. Remember there opinions dont matter. Try to get the kids to do little things for themselves.

Set some boundaries. I don't know your family situation. However, you may need a little bit of time to decompress everyday after work. Yes it's hard but to keep your sanity take between 15 min to an hour to breathe. People suck.
I often feel the same, i thrive on positivity but rarely encounter it. Coworkers are going to be a pain in the ass always, but you are a parent of 3 and you are a warrior, you are getting things done. People suck in general but like me you always have to find the positive, no matter how small. I'm here if you need some positivity, there were days I'd call myself "optomism prime"
