My parents want me to leave the house tomorrow… I’ve been avoiding going places because of panic attacks lately. When it comes to going places my mood has been leaning on the “stay home until you have this all figured out” mentality. I just need a solution to this panic attack problem, because everything I’ve tried just leads me to disassociate from the moment, and I really want to be present and pay attention to what’s going on around me. (I get panic attacks when I get overwhelmed around the sounds of crowds) Anyone have any advice?
