Struggling with Painful Mouth Sores, Need Advice!

Hey everyone, I'm really struggling with these painful mouth sores that are covering the inside of my mouth and tongue. They look like tiny, raw ulcers that make eating, drinking, and even talking a nightmare. I've tried a few things so far, but nothing seems to be doing the trick. Please share your experiences and suggestions, I'm all ears!

My go-to is a soft-bristled toothbrush and gentle mouthwash.It really helps reduce the irritation in my mouth.

I have experimented with different remedies but a mixture of baking soda and water does the magic for me! It soothes the sores in my mouth.

During treatment I had horrible, bleeding mouth sores. My oncologist prescribed something called "Magic Mouthwash." It's thick and coats the sores and numbs them. It helped a lot.
