So me and this boy are talking, we said I love you and everything. We hung out outside of work and went to the movies and cuddled and held hands the whole time. We admitted our feelings to each other. Now we were supposed to hang out tomorrow but he cancelled bc he just found out his cousin who lives out of state is coming into town. I'm just sitting here overthinking he isn't interested... and when I said "goodnight cutie" he only said goodnight, not with any cutsie nickname like he did yesterday.. am I just overthinking too much? and does anyone have any tips to stop or calm these anxious thoughts?
you should really get these thoughts under control. your gonna tear yourself up over nothing. learning some CBT techniques should help. look into cognitive distortions.
