Struggling with Overdoing Workouts and Feeling Dizzy

How do you deal with getting dizzy at the gym and avoiding overdoing your workout? Sometimes I go in feeling superhuman and incredibly focused, but after I get done or close to the end of my cardio, I realize I've pushed myself way too hard and now I'm gonna feel bad for the rest of the day.

I have had similar, under desk peddler sounds like an idea I think sometimes making sure you drink plenty of fluids, enjoy spending some time to yourself but don’t feel like you can’t reach out to friends. I think playing instruments or games might be good 😌. Sometimes I feel that too it’s as if you have had a wonderful day but you can’t understand why you are feeling different. There’s a lot of similarities here that maybe I should look at too. POTS can sometimes just be there. It’s about using different things you pick up from being around you. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming. Going running is a good idea however when the gym makes you feel like you have done more than enough it can feel like a crisis of some sort. Try and stick to a plan you can write just a bullet point with 1-3 things you want to do
