      The way I get myself motivated for the next day is, by reminding myself of all the things I'm grateful for and reasons I have to wake up for the next morning. Thinking of all the animals I have to care for really helps me.

      The hard part is I have had to lean on the clonazepam a lot more as of late. My anxiety has been through the roof.
