I just started on an AIP/paleo diet a few days ago, obviously no major changes yet but I do feel better and I seem to be able to get around better! But I could just be having some good days in a row, which is pretty rare for me.
Getting a food sensitivity panel done changed my life. I was eating so many healthy things I was intolerant to (egg, spinach, mushroom, yeast) thinking I was being healthy. Instead it was giving me systematic inflammation. Once I cut that stuff out and cut sugar out, I can think and move much better! I also swear by high doses of turmeric supplements.
