hey I'm new here I'm interested in eating healthier than I currently do I walk everyday and every night I enjoy walk I also love listening to music music is my drug I love to meditate when I'm having trouble sleeping

      Just wanted to know what you do about your diabetes I'm type 2 as well I take 2 types of insulin one in the morning for all day and one each meal for fast acting insulin and take metforman pills
