Hello! I want to know if anyone ever experienced a moment when they could be speaking to someone and suddenly they feel like there gonna loose control , stumble over words forget what there gonna say almost like a tingling nervous feeling?

      Yup, like the words almost got stuck. I find that pausing and asking for a moment to restart helps.

      All the time. It happens with anxiety and depression and I also have fibromyalgia, and they call it fibro fog. I call it brain farts. Lol.
