Hey y’all, i have a nephrology appointment coming up on Monday. My eGFR is at a steady pace of going down. Im so nervous that the nephrologist will mention dialysis. What’s y’all’s advice?

I have some problem same as you but I don’t feel anything but Ima GPR 20 For more than five years just like that but I was scared my doctor I want to push me to dialysis

My eGFR changes rapidly with fluctuations both up and down and my nephrologist doesn’t know what to do with it. But I do have times where it’s around 60 so we’re not pressing the panic button yet. I hope you can get some answers!
