I been trying to stop overthinking, but I feel like I can't help it. My future outlook on life is so negative because of most of what I've experienced throughout life. I know that my inner world projects my outer world and I really wanna stop thinking so negatively about everything because I feel like that's what I'm attracting. Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve good things, and I break or ruin everything I touch or come in contact with. I been trynna focus on myself, but it's hard. Sometimes I think to improve myself and my life but then I get overwhelmed by all I wish to do, and start to fall apart. I really wanna live life because I know God woke me up for a reason, but truthfully I don't know what he wants from me and sometimes I just wanna cease to exist.

I feel you bro. I spend too much time everyday thinking about life and whether or not I want to live. Unfortunately my mind always says no. It’s because I often experience sensory overload and flashbacks which causes panic attacks (2,3 times every week 🤦‍♂️). Something that helps me clear my mind of unwanted thoughts would be music. Maybe you should try to find an activity that you would enjoy or could do consistently and really focus on doing it. I play basketball and that helps me too. In the end, we all need to be patient with ourselves and take our time to recover. You deserve it 🫂 hope this helps 🙏🍀
