I went through a lot of mental trauma during these past few months. They got so bad that I gained physical symptoms like heart palpitations, shortness of breath, body aches, headaches, and many more. I am really worried that my brain became permanently damaged. I know that the brain is one of the organs that is easily malleable, but I still worry. I feel like the amount of stress I went though can cause potential health conditions. What are some ways to naturally fix my brain from the damage it’s been through? Sleep is still very difficult for me, but maybe some foods I can add to my diet?
