My Therapist is Leaving: How Do I Cope?

found out Wednesday that my therapist of almost 7 years is taking a different position so she is leaving. I have a month to fully process this it is just now hitting home any advice to make it easier

      😥 I'm sorry. I don't have any advice but this would kick my anxiety up to 150... like 100 isn't even a regular number it would be so beyond. My prayers r with u🙏🙏🙏

      Hi I’m are the o hear you’re losing your therapist. Know how that effects you. Mines leaving next year. What helped me.. I asked my therapist who they would recommend. Hopefully the therapist you have now is in a building with other therapists. I will pray you find someone that will help you continue a path to healing.
