Hi Iām are the o hear youāre losing your therapist. Know how that effects you. Mines leaving next year. What helped me.. I asked my therapist who they would recommend. Hopefully the therapist you have now is in a building with other therapists. I will pray you find someone that will help you continue a path to healing.
