How has tai chi been working for you? I started it to make my chi feel cleaner (I've had this buzzing energy around my body since kundalini activated). Also I do it to manage my schizophrenia symptoms, mainly the negative symptoms. It boosts executive function and gives me a nice cocktail of dopamine, serotonin, and endo-cannaboids. I started my practice 5 months ago and it really helps me on many different levels. it's my favorite exercise, and I'd thought I'd be the first one to post on tai chi. I'm sure I'm not the only one who does it here.
