I was actually born this way. apparently there is a fluid that drips from a part of your brain to your thyroid gland and mine doesn't do that so when I was 4 months old, I started to regress in my developments and couldn't breathe. I had numerous seizures and literally died 3 times. I'm fine now because I take my meds everyday.
